I led a cross-functional development team to successfully deliver a major software project on time and within budget. By implementing an agile Scrum methodology, a CI/CD pipeline, and automated testing that boosted code coverage to 80%, I improved code quality, reduced deployment time, and minimized production issues. I also established coding standards, conducted code reviews, and mentored junior developers to ensure best practices. Additionally, I developed a scalable, high-availability web application that supported 30+ concurrent brands with minimal downtime.

I fully dockerized microservices to streamline development environments, enhanced CI/CD processes with improved testing, and led part of the development team. Additionally, I worked on a microservice dedicated to identity verification and profile validation.

At Meero, as part of the "Flying" squad, I tackled critical challenges and made key decisions on core functionalities, particularly optimizing the main API for the company's future. I also championed a strong testing culture, increasing test coverage from 10% to over 60% and dedicating three months to training developers in effective testing practices.

Worked for many big customers as a consultant. Developed the offer for Google Cloud Platform (GCP), especially Google Cloud Search. Led a successful mission for a big customer leading the bid business worldwide. Passed the GCP Cloud Architect certification.

I developed multiple Laravel applications, notably McDonald's Loyalty system, while mastering unit and functional testing as well as the Beacon system for event-driven push notifications.

I developed web and business applications, primarily in Java, while deploying Google Search Appliance solutions for major banks. I also conducted R&D on Google for Work products and earned certifications, including Google Deployment Specialist and Google Cloud Platform 300.
